Alness Academy pupil's blood donation petition

In case you are following the petition which we are considering on Monday at our Alness Academy meeting, you may want to have a listen to a couple of radio interviews with Andrew Danet, the pupil there who has brought this petition forward. Very impressive Andrew!

  2. Don't they have a system in Greece where people are given money to donate blood. Wonder how that works. Might be something for parliament to follow up?

  3. I think in Germany people are given money when they donate blood. Coming up to winter is usually when we start seeing adverts on the TV asking people to donate blood and supplies go down so anything that ups the blood stocks should be looked at
